A relaxed and easy way to take exercise without an age-restriction or expensive special clothing or footwear which takes place every Wednesday morning from 10.15 -12.15.
We don't charge a membership fee, and are open to visitors or holidaymakers. Always pleased to see a new member or two...this is dance without limitation of ability or age and can benefit persons with arthritis or Parkinson's.
