Claremont Foods is a well-stocked grocer's shop which also specialises in selling a range of delicious home made food, cooked on site by our gourmet chef, Sam. Sam has over seventeen years' experience as a chef. He is creative and innovative and produces fabulous, unusual and interesting Pies and Quiches for sale. These include a selection of Steak Pies such as Steak, Red Wine and Baby Onion Pie, Peppered Steak Pie, Steak, Guinness and Mushroom Pie; Chicken Pies, such as Chicken, Leek and Bacon Pie, Chicken Cashew and Mixed Pepper Pie as well as a Lamb and Apricot Pie and Lamb and Mint Pie. We also offer a range of Vegetarian Pies, such as Mushroom, Spinach and Goats Cheese Pie with a White Sauce. We also sell a wide range of Quiches, including a traditional Quiche Lorraine, as well as the following: Leek, Bacon and Gruyere Mixed Pepper and Chorizo Sausage; Chicken and Spinach; Salmon and Prawn, and Smoked Fish as well as Vegetarian options. We also do take-away Baguettes and Sandwiches and can deliver anything over £10.
We produce a special Christmas menu and game pies for the festive season.
All of our products are of the highest quality and we use fresh, local produce as much as possible. All our meats come from the local butcher. We use also Fairtrade goods, wherever possible.
